so today me and the famous gaz rode about and found a wheelchair ramp gap, a real brick quarter and gaz did his first rail to rail gap (har har!).

hello, i can't believe the slackness that my beloved website has been subject to recently, i promise this will cease from now on. and thats a promise. ok, so the past week or so has been pretty uneventful for me, it was owen's birthday doo on friday, happy birthday to owen the chester bunny, i didn't attend, but i hear it was a good laugh haha. saturday i went to bones on my own and rocked out for a bit to the tasteful music playing, and sunday we all went to see "the punisher" which as clarky aptly put it, punished us...

yeah so college has started now, i enjoy the lesson side of things and learning but little else. the town riding collective diminished today to me and gaz, it was fun though, shredded the streets as per.

rode burnley monday, bones tuesday and manc yesterday, all three were great fun although bones and manchester i managed to hurt myself at. now i know what happens if you don't make it hopping a chain. we saw all three extreme sport participants out in town last night, that is, an army of skaters decending on st. annes square which was cool, some bikers other than us, which is unusual, and skaters at whitebridge. so now winter has descended and the temperature has definitely dropped there'll probably be a skatepark tonight, a skatepark beginning with B. guess which.

i havent posted for a week, perhaps more maybe? sorry about that people who visit, i have had a lack of photos worth putting up, despite having 37 rolls of film developed last week, i havent a scanner or the money to buy one so i suppose we'll be making do for the time being, rest assured there are some lovely photos in that batch though and some good barca stuff i have put together for a slideshow. well today was...

went to see open water last night, it was ace, definitely worth seeing for originality. as the critics say its like a blair witch/jaws thing, which is true, but the realness (can i say that) of it wasn't quite terrifying, but harrowing and quite fascinating.

anyway, i'll give you pictures that are worth looking at in the near future. oh yeah, i enrolled in a photography course yesterday, woooo actually going to classes finally, so maybe a higher standard soonish? maybe...

it is september. the summer officially finishes next week and all we have to look forward to is riding indoor skateparks, layering clothes to ride town, waking up for work in the dark and getting home in the dark, the outlook is bleak to say the least... but at least the summer beheld some good events, barcelona was amazing, as was the riding, weather, city and people we met. there is so much to say about what happened in barcelona i'd find it hard to sum it up in a short post so expect a full on report in the next few days with photos and everything to go. on that note i got my 37 films developed last week, thats a backlog dating to June last year, so there is a lot of history in those photos... overall i was pleased with the photos i got back, some good riding recorded on lots and its funny to look back to derby backyard jam in november last year, ah the delights we have to look forward to......

so in team news most of the team have have gone down south to ride harrow and rom, i and coram couldnt go due to the restraints of work, but went to see hellboy last night which was fun so it isnt all doom and gloom. in even further team news, sean has posted some barcelona shutdown photos on his website gain (www.gain-online.blogspot.com), gaz and coram are going to uni at the end of september, tommy is a full on signaller after completing his training and i am bored of typing, so tara for now ya'll.
